OUR STORY
A neighbourhood bakery, in the heart of South Croydon
Petit Flan is run by Gavin and Christelle. Christelle grew up in France surrounded by great patisserie and has spent years perfecting her craft, one bake at a time. Everything is made by hand, in small batches, from carefully sourced ingredients.
No preservatives, no freezer-to-oven shortcuts. Just proper French baking, because the best things take time.
